Four new high-rise buildings will gradually be built in the Viktor quarter, each named after a prominent Estonian innovator or scientist who has contributed to the development of science.
All four Viktor’s are going to be joined with each other up to the height of nine floors, which gradually allows the office space to grow into width on four buildings.
